It's a Beetroot Latte time of year!
Ingredients:
1/2-1 tbsp Organic Beetroot Powder
1 tsp date syrup or honey
¼ cup boiling water
1 cup plant-based milk/ milk
Optional: 1 tsp maca powder (great for hormone imbalances)
Method
Mix together the beetroot powder, date syrup/honey and water in the mug you want to drink from, ensuring there are no lumps.
Heat the milk. Use a handheld milk frother to create the bubbles.
Once your milk has foamed up pour it into your mug with the beetroot.
Simple, warm and healthy!
