It’s National Tea Day! For those of us tea-lovers who drink tea on a daily basis, it's easy to forget that tea can be a cause for celebration! That's why National Tea Day exists to invite us to sit back, relax and remember what made us love it so much in the first place!

Sleep - Our Organic Sleep Tea is a uniquely formulated blend of Organic Valerian Root, Hop Flowers, Nettle Leaves, Passionflower Herb, Chamomile Blossoms and Peppermint leaves making for the perfect pre-bedtime tea!

PMT - Our PMT Tea contains Lemon Balm Leaf to soothe anxiety and insomnia, Mallow Flowers which help for reducing inflammation and swelling, calming Chamomile to help reduce menstrual pain, Rose Petals which contain polyphenols working to protect the body from cell damage, Hops for restlessness & tension and beautiful Honeysuckle Flowers for helping to reduce hormonal headaches.

Our Meditate Tea is a caffeine-free, high antioxidant blend of Mugicha (whole malted and toasted barley grains), Tulsi to help you relax and to reduce anxiety, stress, and fatigue and soothing Chamomile, which contains a compound called apigenin, said to help calm the mind and reduce insomnia.
