Take 1 capsule a day. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Activated Charcoal (From Coconut Shell), Bulking Agent (Dicalcium Phosphate), Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silica).
